We drove to Atlanta today to pick up Mel (from her trip to Europe with the PC soccer team.) We were both exhausted and had to catch a nap.

When we got back to Simpsonville, look at what drifted over the house from Freedom Weekend Aloft!

Clancy has been disturbed all day over the spelling of 'Neveda' and is disappointed in The Master. If you go to 'edit posts' you can make any corrections.

Thank goodness Clancy was here! Her CPR skills came in handy after we got back from our walk. I did lunges and jogged a little. I never thought about the fact that I'd be at home alone when I had my heart attack. Thanks to Clancy I'm doing well and we're getting ready to turn in for the evening.

The planters you created before you left are beautiful and we're enjoying quiet times on the porch with all the pretty flowers. It reminded me of Clancy's baby picture with the purple petunias.

How are you feeling since you actually started camping? Is the mattress working for you? Your pictures are still beautiful. Thanks for sharing the country with us.

Clancy is barely able to eat. (Well... ok, she's doing fine. Hattie didn't eat tonight though.)

Ssoooo, it's on to the Grande Canyon. Please call me when you're back up from the hike. My memories of that place are not altogether wonderful. I'm turning pale just thinking about it.

Clancy is looking lethargic, too.

Well, I just checked the biker blog and am worried that Alan might have needed to pack his training wheels. I guess the road across Texas will be really straight and flat. God is good.

The Precious is still alive & kickin'.

Wow --- the boys made it to Monteagle TN on their 1st day of riding. Way to go!!! And the pictures they posted are beautiful. Check out my new beautiful picture ('the precious' settled down after you left, Alan, and is doing fine.)
